Shipping rates for our items are weight-based.

The shipping methods we offer are:

Economy Air: 2-3 weeks (excluding handling time, no tracking)
First Class Air: 1-2 weeks (excluding handling time, no tracking)
EMS Global Express: 4-5 days (excluding handling time, insured up to 20000 Yen)

Handling time can be 5 business days.

Please note that not all shipping methods are available to all countries and that quoted delivery times are estimates only.

Returns Policy

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
